Late Arrivals
A specific time has been reserved for you when you schedule your appointment. Please note that if you arrive late your session will still end at the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation be necessary, kindly give at least a 24 hour notice. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee. Missed appointments will be charged a full session fee.
