Paula M. Francis is a state licensed and nationally certified massage therapist in private practice since 2000. Paula has massage and bodywork training from the Muscular Therapy Institute (now Cortiva Institute) in Boston, Ma. She has advanced her expertise through continuing education in a variety of modalities, including CranioSacral Therapy, Viseral Manipulation, Myofascial Release, and Body Memory Recall (BMR).
Paula offers customized treatment for each client that integrates multiple techniques which assist the body’s natural healing process. Her goal is to help you achieve inner harmony, balance and wellness.
Paula studied Body Memory Recall from Mr. Jonathan Tripodi, a pioneer in mind body therapy and founder of the BMR approach. She has had much success with BMR personally and professionally. BMR supports a person in the natural healing process of releasing muscle tension, fascial restrictions and suppressed stress in the body that has accumulated from past experiences. As result of BMR treatment, clients report deep relaxation, improved flexibility and remarkable freedom from physical and emotional patterns within the body.
Paula continues to advance her studies in BMR and is committed to providing her clients the opportunity to release and resolve body memory as a means to achieve lasting health and happiness in their life.

"Paula has provided excellent care for me and my family for years. In addition to having an innate ability for finding and treating root causes of muscle soreness and tightness, she continues broadening her knowledge of massage techniques and treatments. Being athletic and a carpenter, I depend on my body. Paula helps me maintain my physically active lifestyle. I highly recommend her. She's great! " Alec, Tiverton, R. I.
